World Book Day
We celebrated World Book Day with lots of stories being shared. Many parents joined their children for story time and then attended a workshop to share ideas around promoting a love of reading.
Due to the global crisis of COVID19 our school closed on Friday 20th March. Before closing all families were supported in joining our teaching staff on Class Dojo. This means that all children are able to keep learning and can be supported by the adults in their class.
We may be away from school and needing to stay home, but we are finding new ways of getting active and keeping healthy!
Children and adults are joining in with a 30min PE lesson each morning. This is led by The Body Coach and can be found on YouTube.
Children in Year 2 have shared some wonderful learning with their teachers via Class Dojo!
They have been working hard on handwriting and Maths - one child even wrote a thank you letter to the NHS.
